Welcome to the new website

Welcome to the new website for CHS Healthcare. The website has been redeveloped to provide more information and evidence for the work we do in partnership with the NHS. We hope it gives clear and comprehensive information about our services. It offers independent views of and evidence for our work, including audits.

We also hope to reflect on some of the issues the NHS is currently facing, particularly the need for greater integration of acute and community services; how this can be more effectively achieved and the positive impact this has on outcomes. Having worked in this field with the NHS for two decades, we have strong, working links with many CCGs and hospitals. More than 1,000 people use our Caretrack database for continuing healthcare information and we currently operate 16 major hospital discharge schemes.

Additionally, through this blog and our newly launched Twitter feed, we hope to provide even more opportunities for communication and engagement with our NHS partners. You can also contact us if you have any comments.
