Next Caretrack User Forum will take place on December 3, 2015

By Harry Bourton, Caretrack Operations Manager

All service users from the 25 Clinical Commissioning Groups we work with are invited to a free forum on December 3rd. The forthcoming Caretrack User Forum will take place in Wokefield Park near Reading, a mansion house hotel in a convenient, central location. We hope this will enable as many service users from across the country to attend the forum.

Speakers will include Art Calder, head of clinical services at CHS Healthcare and an acknowledged national expert on continuing healthcare. Service users are welcome to submit questions and themes for the day. There will be demonstrations, including how to use the new ad hoc reporting function, enabling managers to create, run and save their own bespoke reports. This is a new functionality, developed in response ICB requests, allowing managers to improve their reporting ability and save time.

Previous Caretrack User Forums have been very well attended, providing an excellent opportunity to share experiences, ask questions and train in new functionality on the system. These free User Forums are part of the relationship we seek to build with service users, extending the partnerships developed on a day-to-day basis through the Caretrack Help Desk. Our Help Desk receives 80 to 100 help requests from ICBs each day and on average, 94 per cent of these requests are fully resolved on the same day as contact is made.
